Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner , to join our dynamic team. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our products, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibility:
- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable plans for product development.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
- Work closely with the development team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
- Conduct regular product reviews and iterations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, solicit buy-in, and address concerns.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to facilitate communication and alignment.
- Manage expectations and effectively communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business value.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of product functionality to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user metrics to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Product Launch and Adoption:
- Lead the product launch process, including planning, coordination, and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and training programs to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Monitor customer feedback and usage data post-launch to iterate on the product and enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 3yrs. as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and product management best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and prototyping/mockup tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
