Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst , to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and strategic planning. They will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing workflows, and driving growth within the organization.

Responsibility:

1. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects, initiatives, or system enhancements.
3. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
4. Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose innovative solutions that address business needs and objectives.
5. Project Management: Lead and/or participate in project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions and adoption by end-users.
8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively utilize new systems or processes.
10. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or 7 yrs. of experience as Business Analyst.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Demonstrated experience in project management, from initiation to completion.
6. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, data modelling, and requirements gathering.
7. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in business analysis and project management.
8. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
